This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through direct.moosia.com.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds for one-time purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the software has not been misused or purchased fraudulently.

2. How to Request a Refund

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised payment provider and Merchant of Record.

To request a refund, please use Paddle's support and refund system or contact Paddle directly using the email address provided in your purchase receipt.

In some cases, you may also contact Moosia at support@moosia.com and we will assist by directing your request to Paddle.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle using the original payment method.

Moosia does not directly process payments or refunds and does not have access to your full payment details.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds may be refused in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund process, or repeated refund requests.
