These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moosia software products and the website direct.moosia.com. By purchasing, downloading, or using the software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Moosia LLC is a company registered in the United States. References to "Moosia", "we", "our", or "us" refer to Moosia LLC.
When you purchase a Moosia software product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on compatible devices.
This licence is for personal or business use and does not permit resale, redistribution, or sublicensing.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised payment provider and Merchant of Record.
Paddle handles all billing, tax calculation, and payment compliance. Moosia does not store or process your payment details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed by Paddle.
You agree not to misuse the software, attempt to bypass licensing, reverse engineer the application, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Moosia does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moosia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date.
